Terms and Services are subjected to change overtime. Prices may also change as well. I will announce the changes.
Clients do not need to make up the difference if they had already paid prior to the change.All my work is made by me. I do not use generated media of any sort, and will decline any client requests using generated media, even for reference purposes.

. Boundaries .

Themes I am not comfortable in providing (quality wise and or boundary purposes) are NSFW commissions, fan art, and vehicles).

. Process and Timeframe .

My commissions for personal clients are all considered skeb-like, but I will send work in progresses from time to time.

Personal clients may expect delivery in between a few days to a few weeks, no longer than a month. Timeframe may change depending on the work load and life factors, but if such is the case I will let the client know.

Base resolution for all client work is set to 600 dpi. Pixel size may vary depending on service.

. Form and Payments .

As the client, I expect you to provide me the following things to help me create:⬩ Direct visual references
⬩ Any extra characters (extras are 1:1 in terms of pricing)
⬩ Short but detailed character descriptions (personality, motives, brief background)
⬩ A visual gesture reference or description of pose
⬩ Background/scene reference or description (if applicable)

Payment is through PayPal (USD). Please include your email so I can provide an invoice for both our convenience.All prices include and cover the PayPal fees.Clients must pay in full before I can send progresses and the final piece.Refunds are non-negotiable before and after the commission sale. I will only contact the client about refunding a portion of what I haven't finished - if I am unable to fulfill a request for any reason.

. Delivery and Data .

I will be using Proton to transfer files to clients, and finished art pieces will be sent to the invoiced email via link. For security purposes and storage purposes, all private artworks will be stored and accessible for the duration of up to a month after delivery. Even though files are encrypted once uploaded, it will be deleted from Proton after the timeframe has passed. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their commission in a safe, accessible location.

. Other Forms of Work (Trading) .

My TOS also is effective when I agree to do trading with other artists. Here are my extra terms for this:⬩ Please state what type of trade specifics you would like to do (sketch; portrait; full-body; etc).
⬩ Trust needs to be built for new partners. I will not begin trades unless I know my partner has sent proof of our agreement. (WIP) I will send wips as well, but they are obscured. I will not post the finished piece.
⬩ For returning traders, I will begin regardless of proof and send WIPs, but I will not post the finished piece.I will confirm when my part is finished, and when the other half is finished we will conclude the trade.AI is prohibited. If I suspect or discover AI has been used during the trade, I will terminate the relationship.
